How many days will I need to work out?

Completely up to you. Can even be zero. 6 if you want to but most clients opt for 3-4 days per week.

Do I need to follow the meal plan?

The meal plans are there to offer some suggestions. It’s up to you whether or not you follow it entirely or not at all. As long as you hit your calorie & protein goals I’m happy, meal plan or not.

Can the workout plan be adjusted?

The workouts will suit whatever equipment you have access to. Just dumbbells? Fine. Fully equipped gym? Even better.

Do I need to give up social events?

Nope. Although if these are the reasons you struggle to stay consistent, we may encourage you to pick your battles wisely.

Can I still drink alcohol/eat out?

As long as you hit your targets you will see results. We will coach you to explore strategies to help balance the odd night/meal out with seeing consistent results.

I have a holiday in the middle of it, should I wait until the next one?

A 1 week holiday leaves us with 7 weeks of hard work. Expect to lose anywhere from 0.5-1kg per week if you do everything you’re asked to do. That’s a good chunk of weight taken off while still enjoying your life. Sometimes the “next one” becomes “never”.
